Ashlyn Russo, LMFT
Ashlyn is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, and trauma. She utilizes a collaborative and integrative approach, rooted in a systemic, attachment-based framework. Ashlyn draws from evidence-based models, such as Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & trauma-informed practices. Additionally, she specializes in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to help clients explore how their emotional experiences are shaped by attachment needs and past relationships. The EFIT model helps individuals build self-compassion, transform unhelpful patterns, and foster a deeper sense of connection, resilience, and emotional balance.
